How to Delete the EPA Prescription from the EPA Holding Queue?

1. Prescription is allowed to delete from EPA Holding Queue only if the status of the prescription is in the following:
   1. COMPLETE
   2. CANCELLED
   3. ERRORED
   4. CLOSED
2. If the Prescription status is In Progress – Initialized or In Progress – Open then you need to cancel the EPA process and then you will be allowed to delete the prescription. Refer this for Cancellation of EPA Process
