Non-prescriber staff licenses support prescribers (drafting, history, refills, templates) but carry no independent prescribing authority.
Billing is by calendar month. Your first charge covers the current month regardless of the day you start. Renewals occur on the 1st. Changes to licenses take effect on the 1st of the following month. No proration.

Your first charge covers the current calendar month in full, and access begins immediately — there is no proration. If you sign up on or after the 22nd, checkout offers a second option: start on the 1st. Choose it and you are not charged today; your subscription and access begin on the 1st of the next month.
Nothing changes overnight, and you are told exactly what happens and when. Days 1–7 you keep full access with a notice on the account. Days 8–14 each user acknowledges a daily notice at sign-in showing the suspension date. On day 15, prescribing is paused — but viewing patient records, prescription history, and data export are never blocked, and you can still respond to pharmacy refill requests already received. Updating payment restores prescribing immediately.
Adjust license quantities or tiers anytime from your admin portal. Changes take effect on the 1st of the following month, in both directions, and are reflected on that month's charge. No mid-month proration applies.
You can export your data at any time while active or suspended. After an account closes, records remain available on request, and prescribing records are retained for seven years in line with regulatory requirements.
