How can a practice sign up for PMP/PDMP?

What is a PMP/PDMP?

Across the country, over 44 states have implemented Prescription Monitoring Programs (PMPs) or Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs (PDMPs) to provide physicians and pharmacies with access to a medication history for patients who have/are receiving prescriptions for controlled substances. State PMPs and PDMPs are designed to alert healthcare providers so that they can be more effective in combating opioid addiction and abuse.

PDMP Availability for H2H DigitalRx Prescribers

Beginning this New Year, from Jan 2024, our providers will have access to the Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PMP/PDMP). Prior to and following the service launch, correspondence will be sent to each of our EMR/EHR integration partners.

Note: To obtain PDMP access through the H2H Digital Rx Interface, it is recommended that prescribers follow the integration steps outlined below.
