How to change the account password?

Navigate to “My Profile” and choose the “Change Password” option from the left navigation to update your current password.

Update the password

Follow the provided instructions below to update your password.

• New Password cannot be the same as your current password
• At least one Uppercase Alphabet
• At least one Lowercase Alphabet
• At least one Number
• At least one Special Character(@$!%*?&)
• Minimum 8 characters
• Click Update to save a new password.

Note: This feature is only for the Standalone users, and not for our integrated partner prescribers.
