- Patients receive a secure email link to access the H2H DigitalRx Patient Portal.
- Patients verify their identity using their last name and date of birth (DOB).
- Patients review their prescriptions within the H2H DigitalRx Patient Portal.
- Patients are presented with an option to receive H2H DigitalRx SMS medication reminders.
- Patients provide their mobile number and explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications.
- H2H DigitalRx sends a confirmation SMS message.
- Patients must reply YES to complete enrollment and activate SMS medication reminders.
