What input does it need?
A visit transcript, provided through the app or the API. The agent handles the extraction and drafting from there.
Much of the time spent creating a prescription is spent re-entering information the clinician already captured during the visit. Transcribe to Prescribe closes that gap: upload the visit transcript, and an AI agent drafts the prescription for the provider to confirm.
The agent reads the visit transcript and extracts the medication, dose, route, frequency, and duration. It structures that into a complete prescription draft, so the clinician is reviewing rather than re-typing.
Before the draft reaches the provider, the agent runs dose, drug-interaction, allergy, and formulary checks and produces a plain-language summary. Anything ambiguous or missing is flagged for the provider to resolve.
The draft appears in the e-prescribing workflow with every field filled and checked. The provider reviews, edits if needed, and clicks confirm. Only then is the prescription transmitted to the patient pharmacy. Nothing is sent without a human.

Yes. It is human-in-the-loop: the agent drafts and validates, but the provider must review and confirm before the prescription is transmitted.
Yes. You can upload a transcript and receive a completed prescription draft as an API response, which is the lowest-effort way to add it to an existing product.
