Typically, provider agents, clinical staff nurses, and clinical staff medical assistants have default service levels for saving prescriptions (SP), printing reports (PR), handling EPA records (EPA), and managing patient medication history (EPM). Conversely, Non-Clinical Staff Front Desk Staff require prescribers to authorize all services.

Note: Controlled Substance prescriptions cannot be prescribed through On Behalf Service levels.
