Vendor Admin – Self Service Portal for Account, Practice, User management and Account Configuration
The Self-Service Portal is an H2H DigitalRx service designed to enable vendor administrative staff to efficiently manage practices and practitioners within the platform. Through this portal, vendors can onboard and configure medical practices, add or update practitioner profiles, manage credentials, and maintain practice-level details without external support. The self-service model provides greater administrative control, reduces dependency on manual processes, and accelerates operational workflows. By offering centralized visibility and management capabilities, the Self-Service Portal helps vendors ensure accurate configuration, compliance readiness, and seamless access to H2H DigitalRx e-prescribing services across their associated practices and practitioners.
Vendors can log in using their valid credentials provided by H2H DigitalRx Support. Please contact the H2H DRx support team for assistance.

The self service portal contains Account management, Practice management, account configuration, user management

Account management allows vendors to add and manage users who can access and administer the Self-Service Portal.

Practice management is used to add new practices and allows their details to be edited or updated whenever required.

User management is used to view the list of practitioners who are registered across different practices.
