Steps to Onboard provider to H2H Digital Rx application [Standalone]

Step-1: Information Submission: Provider/Vendor submits details via H2H Digital Rx e-form.



Step-2: Contract Sharing: H2H Digital Rx shares the contract with the concerned Provider/Vendor.



Step-3: Contract Signing: Provider/Vendor reviews and signs the contract.



Step-4: User Creation: H2H Digital Rx team creates the user account in the system.



Step-5: Credentials Sharing:Login credentials are shared with the Provider/Vendor.



Step-6: Login & ID Proofing:On first login, the provider is directed to complete ID proofing via Id.me.



Step-7: ID Verification:Provider verifies documents such as NPI and DEA on Id.me.



Step-8: Registration Completion:Once ID proofing is successfully completed, the provider gains full access to the application.
