Patient Medication Report

What information does the Patient Medication Report include?

Generate a list of all patients who have received prescriptions for a selected drug from any prescriber within a defined date range.

Steps to Generate Patient Medication Report:

1. Click on the “Reports” button located on the right bar.
2. Select “Patient Medication” from the dropdown menu. This action will bring up the Patient Medication Report definition screen.
3. Enter the name of the drug for which you want to report information in the “Drug Name” field.
4. Specify the desired date range using the “From” and “To” fields.
5. Choose how you would like the data grouped in the “Report Type” field. Select “Patient By Medication” to list patients grouped under each specific medication matching the Drug Name specified. For example, if a medication is available in different dosages, patients with prescriptions for each of the different dosages will be listed separately.
6. Click on the “Generate Report” button to generate the report.
