How to provide On-Behalf service level?
Where is the OnBehalf service located?
The OnBehalf service can be found within the user login interface. Here’s how you can locate it:
- Go to “My Profile” Section: Within the interface, navigate to the “My Profile” section.
- Access Staff Authorization Tab: Within the “My Profile” section, you’ll find the staff authorization tab in the left navigation.
- Find User List: In the staff authorization tab, you’ll see a list of users.
- Use Search Option: utilize the search option to find the user for easier navigation.

Providing On Behalf service levels involves a few simple steps:
- Search for the User: Begin by searching for the username of the individual you want to grant on-behalf authorization to.
- Select Desired Services: Once you’ve located the user, select the checkboxes next to the services you wish to enable for them.
- Save Changes: After selecting the desired services, save the changes by clicking on the “Update” button.
