Steps to use Chatbot in H2H Digital Rx application

Step-1: Once you land on the Digital Rx new Rx pad, there will be icon which is marked at above screenshot

Step-2: Please click on the icon to open the chatbot

Step-3: Enter the query related to the application for chatbot to answer

Note: You can view the status of the incident logged and status of the incident using Chatbot.
